I was able to experience a different side of this as a small business owner. Dealing with many different types of customers and helping them understand how the job I was doing was improving their home or business electrical system, was a great feeling. As a Technical Trainer, I hope to convey all of my skills and experiences to ABB's Field Service Technicians so they can safely, confidently and effectively complete any task they are faced with.
