I've been in food my entire professional career. I wanted to do something with EMS in high school, but I was discouraged after learning the salary. After my motorcycle wreck in August 2024, costing my spleen and left kidney, as well as earning me a spinal fusion and a month in the hospital, I knew I wanted to do something with medicine; I wanted to help people.
