  About six years ago I decided to change my life drastically. After a long and varied broadcasting career in on-air and managerial roles, I decided to re train to become a professional within the therapy field.
  This journey has been exciting, interesting and full of learning and passion. I started off exploring the idea of therapy with a Certificate in Hypnotherapy, quickly followed by a Diploma in Life Coaching. I then decided to finish my Hypnotherapy training by completing my Diploma.
  After a while in private practice I felt drawn to expanding my knowledge of people, the psyche and therapeutic approaches which led me to begin training on a UKCP pathway with The National College of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I have completed my Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and aim to finish my UKCP accreditation in Integrative Psychotherapy at the end of 2025.
  I currently run my own private Integrative Therapy practice specialising in trauma informed approaches for women who have experienced any form of domestic abuse.
  Due to lived experience of domestic abuse I have always had a deep interest in being able to help and inform in this area. As far back as 2013 I produced and presented a show on Sky's community channel about the issue of domestic violence in the UK.
