- Since 2002 I have apprenticed an Ayurvedic chef in 3 one month yoga teacher trainings. I do a lot of reasearch on the medicinal properties of food and proper supplimentation and healthly nutritional recipies for various physical ailments.
- Psychology/Communication : I believe good communication is one of the most important skills of being a human. I have taken numourous courses in the psychology of interpersonal relationships. I have also taken courses in cognitive behavoral therapy and trauma informed therapies and neuro linguistic programming. Having awareness for mental and emotional factors are key in understanding people's context and making them feel seen heard and understood. These courses along with over 20years experience of working one on one with people has also given me the tools to access how people learn and taylor my teaching to how they take in information.
