Role : Program Manager for Finance Managed Services

As Program Manager, I established a center of excellence in offshore and nearshore leading about a team of 45 SAP Finance skilled resources.

From idealization through transition, I was responsible for this managed services program in Chevron Finance.

Led a team of order to cash resources for designing end state in Google’s S/4 implementation for its B2C and B2B sales channels. Project involved executing workshops in order management and complete a set of mission critical deliverables.

One of the accounting Big 4 companies, EY operates in areas including operations services consulting, strategy services consulting, HR services consulting, financial services consulting & technology services consulting. Project involved professional services SAP implementation in EY entities with a foot print in 150 countries worldwide.

• Responsible for documenting the existing order to cash processes in BAAN
• Led 36 global workshops in documenting as-is and formulate a global template in O2C based on requirements for future SAP solutions
• Developed PoCs and point of views in SAP to demonstrate SAP capabilities and standards offered Vs needed customizations
• Documented the most critical “Sequestered Lot” process and designed a prototype
• Carried out Fit Vs Gap analysis to help program estimate out of box capabilities of SAP

• Tata Technologies Limited is a company in the Tata Group that provides services in engineering and design, product lifecycle management, manufacturing, product development, and IT service management to automotive and aerospace original equipment manufacturers and their suppliers.
• Responsible for management and development of SAP tax solutions (including VAT) for different countries.
• Worked with the SAP functional leads to understand the existing business requirements, carried out feasibility analysis for modifying the existing tax conditions based on the new tax law for the sales and nota fiscal documents, lead the configuration team for modifying new tax condition types and affected pricing procedures.
• Responsible for setting up the security roles, assigning the business transactions and the users to the business roles, modifying the mission critical applications and break fix the errors, created/modified the smart forms for the notifications, plant maintenance orders, managed the uploading of the plant maintenance data such as notifications, service orders, failure codes, equipment details, location details using the LSMW and BDC technologies.
• Configuration in all areas of Sales & Distribution in the sales order processing, LE, billing, service orders, project systems including customer master, pricing order management and rebate processing.
• Analyzed and provided solutions to post implementation issues in sales & distribution configuration (master data, basic functions, sales, & billing), integration & stress testing including regression testing prior to cutover.
• Modified the SAP pricing procedure for sales documents (sales order, billing requests, quotation, invoices) to include the SABRIX tax condition types.
• Coordinated with the ABAP developers for setting up the Sabrix tax software for the initial rollouts.
