My name is Aerial A'lexus Cuington, and I am a recent graduate with my bachelor's degree in education. While attending college, I maintained a grade point average of 3.8, and I am ready to demonstrate my craft, as well as use my strong organizational skills, educational background, and the ability to work and communicate well with others as a team. I am also a hard worker who thrives under pressure and gets the job done, regardless of the circumstances that may be presented. I am currently enrolled in the certification teaching program, Iteachtexas, pursuing my teaching certification. I am also teaching 1st grade, which I absolutely love, and I have focused professionally on promoting inclusion, critical thinking skills, along with student development. Skillful in managing classroom environments and student behavior with positive and proactive strategies. I have provided excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities. Each class that I have taught has shown great improvement and success through district tests, behavioral improvement, and social skills development, earning me New Teacher of the Year at my campus in Mesquite.
