I offer everyone help washing up, even if they are able to do it themselves, because everybody feels better after freshening up. I am empathetic, and have excellent communication skills. I know that no one is at their best when they are sick, and being in the hospital brings stress and fear into peoples lives, often when they are not expecting it.
