Worked on the research and full stack development of the Faculty Suite web application based mainly in Ruby on Rails. Responsibilities included designing, implementing, and debugging code across the application.
Implemented authentication protocols such as single sign on and sign on through third party using OAuth and Auth0. Partnered with another higher ed product to ensure continuity between sign ins.
Implemented multiple connectors to third party applications using REST APIs in order to import their data into faculty suite. Main contributions include ORCID, Banner, and Pubmed.
Designed and hand drew an owl graphic to display on the application’s error page.
