• Branch Liaison to Special Administrator Substance Use and Mental Health. Coordinated high level meetings and resolved complex systemic issues relative to federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMSHA), HRSA HAB, and other national and local CBO and HD recipients.

• Provided administrative and clinical supervision of 25 program staff and 100+ clients. DH, four-month inpatient drug treatment program for substance using women and their children (day care, support services, and transitional living components). Program funded by Addiction, Prevention and Recovery Administration (APRA)and US Department of Health and Human Services (DHS).
• Supervised by Vanguard Services CEO and collaborated with other VSU program managers to conduct and evaluate evidence based substance use curriculums, best practices, optimal treatment outcomes, and reduce client recidivism/relapse.
• Initial position as Primary Counselor: conducted daily and weekly individual and didactic group substance use counseling and case management for up to 10 women and pre-K and school age children.
• Charted and maintained confidential client records, made court appearances, arranged aftercare, mental health, and parenting classes for clients.
• Facilitated weekly individual client team meetings of Interdisciplinary treatment team (residential, medical and outreach staff, and family therapist) for weekly treatment recommendations.

• Provided administrative, budget, and program oversight of AHA's $2.3 HIV Prevention and CTS cooperative agreement. Supervised 16 CTS staff members to implement citywide AHA CTS program within eight (8) Ambulatory Health Care Administration (AHCA) neighborhood health clinics, four (4) Department of Corrections (DOC) facilities, and four (4) Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services Administration (ADASA) drug treatment programs.
• Facilitated linkages with DC Commission of Public Health agency officials transition of HIV Counselors and other CTS staff within host agencies.
• Developed District wide CTS services and referrals system to triage clients into local CBO, private clinics, and hospitals treatment systems.

• Directed CTS Training Coordinator to provide in-service trainings on HIV prevention and post test counseling, HIV/AIDS and human rights advocacy, crisis intervention, phlebotomy, and public health strategies.
