Having worked at Whole Foods Market for 15 years, from what was once my full time job in college to what became my career, I decided to make a full occupational shift last year. Coming out of a 2+ year long pandemic allowed a lot of us to slow down and reevaluate the places we spend our time and energy. While Whole Foods was a great place to learn and work and grow, I am ready to for a change. Once Amazon acquired Whole Foods, the dynamic and work atmosphere changed dramatically and I came to understand that working for one of the largest corporations in the world is not my ideal. I am looking to work for a small business who's core values more align with mine. I am eager to commit myself to my next career as a home inspector, utilizing all the skills I acquired through my extensive history in customer service and retail management to bring the same level of high execution, good communication, and customer satisfaction.

• Run a $2 million annual gross, successful team of employees in a competitive environment while making sales projections, maintaining consistent inventory, and making fiscal labor budgets
• Trained 50+ new employees upon hiring, coordinated safety walks, supported and encouraged internal employee promotion, was an advocate for employees, involved in community outreach and service projects, managed Whole Foods Market Belmar's "green mission” program
• Organizational: Ability to focus on detail, as well as broad spectrum, well-organized work habits, highly efficient, ability to multi-task, filed and kept newly hired employees paperwork
