• More than 10 years of experience in Biotechnology, Genomics, Bioinformatics, Proteomics, Enzymes, Fermentation and Applied Microbiology.
  
• 9 years of experience in HPLC/UHPLC Method Development & Validation, HPLC/UHPLC troubleshooting and Maintenance. Expertise in developing creative methods to investigate complex analytes like dyes, pigments & lake substances.
  
• Familiar with Software related to Spectroscopic Techniques like BioRad-KnowItAll, Analysis of IR, NMR, MS, UV spectras on KnowItAll software. FTIR Spectra analysis using FDM, ST-JAPAN, Agilent libraries.
  
• 3 years of experience in GLP Compliance, preparation of SOPs & Study Plan according to GLP Regulations. Experience in EcoTox studies in OECD & REACH Regulations. Expertise in Substance Identification.
  
• Worked on project on Enzymatic synthesis of fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), analysis of oligosaccharides on HPLC-RID & enzyme characterization.
  
• Publications on Fungal Genomics, enzyme structure prediction and prediction of active site residues in enzymes using bioinformatics tools. Bioinformatics analysis of CAZymes in fungal genome, structure prediction, prediction of active sites and binding site in CAZymes.
  
• Handled a 10 litre fermenter for production of fructosyltransferase from Aspergillus oryzae, and synthesis of FOS in a batch reactor while working as Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in CSIR-CFTRI.
  
• Taught undergraduate students the disciplines of Biotechnology and Microbiology, created lesson and curriculum plans. Coached students on standard laboratory techniques.
