• Identify and recruit 28 Mexican candidates fitting the criteria for IT Desktop Support, Concrete Repair, Psychologist, RN nurses, Social Media Managers, Facebook Ads Specialists, to work for American and Canadian companies.

I hired two architects from Hermosillo and four construction crews for the development of two residential projects, as well as overseeing the construction work. Moreover, I meticulously managed the operations of Tequila Peñasco, from selecting manufacturers to producing packaging materials: labels, bottles, and quality control.

• Obtained OSHA certification and designed a fall prevention program, resulting in an 80% reduction in accident rates. Developed targeted sourcing strategies to manage high-volume recruitment needs and proactively built a diverse talent pipeline. Updated job descriptions as necessary and maintained a clean Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
