  • Conducting planned and reactive maintenance on the critical building services infrastructure in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Conducting routine plant inspections/site checks and monitoring the BMS, responding to issues/anomalies/alarms found and ensuring that appropriate action is taken.

GSM-Based Power Theft Detection and Alert System, Designed a system to detect power theft using GSM communication and ESP32 microcontroller.
