Over 28 years design/build architectural/engineering construction management experience from programming -front-end conceptual design development to approved and final construction documents (AutoCAD & Microstation design platforms) through construction completion and projects close-out and client sign-off. I've worked with major corporations nationally & internationally on diverse projects & one-of-a-kind unique developments. I previous worked for the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey on all their privately owned airport terminals & runways (Newark Liberty International Airport, Laguardia Airport and John F. International Airport)

The project goal was to relocate the existing textile manufacturing operations from the Las Piedras manufacturing plant to Juncos and in-turn relocate the existing BD surgical blades manufacturing operations from Hancock, NY to Las Piedras, Puerto Rico.
