  • Tier-3 Data Center (NALCO) Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance.
  • Tier-2 regional data centners of LIC , Orissa site Operations Maintenance
  • My scope of work includes :-
  • Complete Monitoring & Maintenance of NOC activity & Building Management systems including EBI R500.1, DVM R620 , WLD , TEMA ACCESS CONTROL SERVER, RODENT CONTROL PANEL, VESDA ,XL-800 SPC controller ,FIRE ALARAM SYSTEMS & FM-200 Fire suppression system including 4-zone gas release panel,UPS,PAC,DGSET,ELECTRICAL Systems.
  • Server & Hardware support , Delivered Windows server support, backup management and exchange support,Network support & trouble shooting (LAN & WAN),Switches, Routers, Load balancers.
  • Done Installation of ESX servers, Vsphere client & Vcenter server. Create the Data store for storing VMs & Data,Deploy Virtual Machines and use clones, snapshots, templates & Health checks for VMs & ESX host .
  • Managing a team of 18 peoples of all sites including NALCO & LIC, Getting daily activity status,periodical visit to all sites and inspecting the site activity ,Provide training and making drills frequently to keep them ready for any breakdown during job.
  • Resolved customer service issues by finding immediate solutions, increasing customer confidence and decreasing escalations to executive office.
  • Evaluate performance against SLA
  • Formulate Service Improvement Plan
  • Managed CRM database, including troubleshooting, maintenance, updates and report generation.
