  • Analyzing the enquiries and identifying the products and design - Cross match the requirement by client and analyze if the design and equipment matches the requirement.
  • Lead the equipment selections with the Application team and cross check if the all the equipments in the schedule matches the design parameters and for any deviation, closely work with the consultant / contractor and advise the suitable solution to the other party.
  • Prepare the economical selections, but meeting all the specification requirements specified in the project or else a proper technical justification / clarification shall be provided in compliance for those points which not meeting.

  • Physically do the commissioning at site for the Lennox VRF, DXAHU with CU, DXAHU with VRF CU, Chiller, AHU, FAHU with HRW and HP and Friga Bohn Evaporator and Condensing unit with Bitzer Compressor
  • Performing final testing and commissioning, providing equipment training and handing over the site to the customer by providing required documents and collecting final signing off from customer.

  • Analyze project PID drawing for refrigeration system designed by design team and understand mode of system and design requirement and plan path for execution.
  • Co-ordination with Site safety team and provide proper training for installation team in co-ordination with building safety team.
  • Meeting with main contractor at site to co-ordinate execution of system piping and wiring and make sure that no conflict happens with other MEP / Civil installation in same constructions.
  • Co-ordination with site team and internal drawing team and prepare modification drawing based on conflicts identifying physically at site.

  • Co-ordination with testing and commissioning team and complete all pre-commissioning requirement required by commissioning team.
  • Ensure site is ready for commissioning team and co-ordinate with commissioning team for schedule of commissioning.
  • Ensure system is commissioned perfectly and prepare final commissioning report with support of commissioning team and prepare handing over documents to client and signing off project.
