- Development Department, I am the leader responsible for the whole design stage involving many consultants for the following projects in Jubail Island Development:
- Design management for more than 1000 Villas with 24 different typologies – fully finished with five European designers in conjunction with local AOR/EOR.
- Managing customized villas with sales team, customers, Local AOR and contractors.
- Design Management, developing and reviewing all design stages for typical, special and customized villas.
- Managing the tender documents, evaluating the bidders’ documents.
- Managing design enhancement and value engineering in all design and construction stages.
- Managing the design stages for the fire station, residential and Souq plots located in the project.
- Construction management support for all the above projects.
- Managing design of Emirates Palace Villas Project – In Progress.
- Managing many other Abu Dhabi projects up to design completion: Al Gurm Project – Private villas, Al Muntazah office building – Abu Dhabi, Al Ain residential building – Al Ain, Khalifa A projects – residential Villas.

- Responsible for the supervision of all site works. Including periodical maintenance, renovation and rebuilding works, new constructions, and maintenance and development work for gardens and swimming pools.
- Study for the renovation and development of Khoja Housing Centre, 200 rooms hotel building in Kandara District, Jeddah and Carry out the technical market studies for the development and renovation of the center, including collecting and studying financial proposals.
