EPA is Texas Mutual Insurance legacy application to manage premium and final audits. As part of the tech debt road map, EPA is migrated into PolicyCenter, TimeTap, DataRobot and mulesoft.
PolicyCenter being the policy admin app is the obvious choice for maintaining the audit information and transaction, TimeTap will be the scheduling system for audit visits, DataRobot will be used for the risk analysis associated with each policy so that the audit method can be determined. Mulesoft will be used as an integration tool to integrate all the components together

Enterprise Operational Data Store (EODS)
Enterprise Operational Data Store (EODS) is a foundational project within the Data Strategy program. The primary objective of Release 1A of EODS is to provide the data needed by the Strategic Billing project, FS-CD, in its first phase of billing Personal Insurance Direct Bill business. Billing Account Setup Solution (BASS) is a real-time mechanism for creating and managing Billing Accounts for SAP Billing. BASS will integrate with EPAS and Web Solutions as part of policy issuance process, interfacing with agents and internal AZFF staff. It will use a composite service layer for access of EODS, ECM/MDM, PI Client, FS-CD and LBC services.

Consolidated Claims Coverage Policy Online (3CPO) development
The Consolidated Claims Coverage Policy Online (3CPO) is designed to provide one stop access to commercial policy information for Claims users. This system is being developed to meet the business needs that can not be addressed by the limited features of the existing application. As part of the current commercial claims process, Claims personnel review the policy coverage on the date of the loss. Currently, they use PVO to do this. However, the data is structured such that they need to open multiple PDF files in order to aggregate a policy centric view of what coverage are in force at the time of the loss. To simplify this, the active coverage of insured are consolidated on a front end screen and hyperlink to the exact position in policy
