• Incident Management and Server Monitoring
  I am responsible for creating tickets in ServiceNow and BMC Remedy tools if any issues arise in the SQL database or Tableau dashboard, and resolving these issues efficiently. Additionally, I monitor the servers of all five environments (dev, qa, prod, qr, preprod). If a server goes down, I promptly restart it to ensure continuous process efficiency without any delay.
