Commonwealth Bank of Australia is an Australian multinational bank with businesses across New Zealand, Fiji, Asia, USA and the United Kingdom. Commonly referred to as the Commonwealth Bank (or Commbank), it provides a variety of financial services including retail, business and institutional banking, funds management, superannuation, insurance, investment and broking services.

Branch Telling Application is being used by Commonwealth Bank branch Customer Service Representatives to perform financial transactions for the customers who visits bank. The major functionalities are Passbook enquiry, Deposit, Withdrawal, Fund Transfer and Device Maintenance.

Safe Custody Application is being used by Commonwealth Bank branch users to Open, Maintain and Close safety locker to its customers to safe their valued things. It has different types of products such as packets (small size), vaults (medium size) and boxes (large size).

CommSee application is being used by Commonwealth Bank branch staffs, Lenders to build a Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Over 1,100+ branch users are performing their day-to-day tasks with the aid of this application. The major area includes Commercial Loans, Home Loans, Personal Loans, Overdrafts, Credit Cards, Insurance and various types of accounts.

Empire Margin Lending application supports all aspects of applying for and managing the loans / deposit accounts. It includes charging interest and fees, producing statements, managing the margin call processes, reporting and data extracts etc. It is a standalone application and it is the primary system of use for approximately 700 internal users that manage the Margin Lending and Deposits business. The system is critical to the Bank's ability to manage all loans contained therein. It is highly critical as it deals with huge amount of money every day. This system is primarily used for the management of cash-related products managed by PBS Global Markets.
