• Review, update and develop technical documentation/drawings including Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), SLD, GA drawing, Location layout, Electrical & Instrumentation design documents like instrument List, Datasheet, Hookup Drawing, Loop diagrams, Logic diagrams, Earthing Layouts, Electrical load list.
• Develop and modify controls logic programming and graphical user interfaces.
• Maintained, debugged and optimized automation programs.
• Preparation of SOPs, checklists, testing & commissioning plans.
• Ensure that all pre-commissioning and commissioning are dole out in accordance with approved procedures.
• Managed ongoing maintenance and test of control system‑ Safety Instrumented System (SIS)/ PLC, DCS, SCADA, Emergency Shutdown (ESD), Fire & Gas systems (FGS) offline and online testing in the coordination of activities with/without plant shutdowns.
• Designed automation concepts and protocols for diagnostic testing and simulation purposes
• Ensuring calibration of Process control instruments and manage spare parts as per upgrade or replacement planning.
• Diagnostic inspections of faulty systems, troubleshoot electrical equipment problems and to perform preventive & predictive maintenance , root cause analysis to determine instruments failure rate and reliability calculations.
• Knowledge about the working of VFD, UPS and Fire fighting system ‑ deluge valves, fire engines, jockey pumps and fire alarm panels.

LABVIEW SIMULATION OF THE AUTO-COMBUSTION SYSTEM OF BOILERS.
LabVIEW simulation of the auto‑combustion system in boilers based on its load variation using a designed controller that automatically selects the required air‑fuel ratio for effective combustion. The controller regulates the air and fuel rate to maintain its ratio achieving the required load set point from the boiler.
