• Daily management of water treatment and booster pump stations
• Daily logging and recording station performance and operation
• Repair and maintenance of injection pumps and appurtenances
• Monitoring of chemical feed rates and adjustments when required
• Using SCADA, observe trends, modify station settings when required and report any disruption in operation to mgmt
• Operation of KloudGin Field Management software
• Sampling of system water for lab analysis
• Maintenance of station grounds and upkeep of surrounding areas for cleanliness
• Observe station chemistry, maintaining levels to Calwater and state regulations
• Operation and calibration of analyzers as needed
• Follow and observe all safety protocols with proper PPE
• Meter reading, service person and leak truck duties when needed
• Maintain a work truck and tools, schedule repairs and service when required
• Perform scheduled safety training
• Routine on-call status
• Perform overtime periodically when requested.

• Independent and without supervision, perform daily routine operations, in-house coliform and process sampling (turbidity, chlorine residuals, pH, etc.)
• Using SCADA, observe and report alarms or adverse conditions outside normal operating parameters to management
• Operation and maintenance of a Membrane Bioreactor (MBR)
• Maintain plant records including operation and daily logs
• Daily, weekly and monthly Chain of Custody sampling
• Blower maintenance when scheduled
• Maintain chlorine direct injection sites, salt levels, calibration of meters, adjustment of pumping units
• Log data for trend analysis
• Influent wetwell pump removal and replacement

Management

• Monthly septic tank inspections
• Chlorine sampling/flushing of the distribution system
• Contact and scheduling with external service providers for repairs when necessary
• GIS Data Collection
• Sewer CCTV inspection
• Water meter and radio transmitter installation
• Service meter installations & repairs
• Maintenance and upkeep of all issued tools and equipment
• Weekend rotation schedule as well as on-call status
• Overtime when needed.

• Perform routine and as needed analysis of final effluent ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
• Hourly Ph metering checks as well as heavy metal lab analysis using a Perkin-Elmer
• Atomic Spectro Photometer
• Daily sludge press operation
• Identify chemical, mechanical, electrical conditions that affect or have the potential to affect the operations of the wastewater treatment system
• Operate and monitor incoming water treatment systems (softeners, RO and deionizers)
• Responsible for shipping and handling of hazardous wastes; receiving chemical shipments, handling and storage in compliance with U.S
• Department of Transportation and U.S.E.P.A
• Regulations
• Transport, by forklift, precious metal recovery to secure containment
• Clean hazardous material containers prior to recycling or disposal
• Troubleshoot all water treatment systems and notify management of any adverse events
• Performs other duties as assigned.
