• Revise and alter detailed and assembly/components drawings to conform to engineering changes

• 1) Germany visit for BMW F40 & F44 project support (2D, and PLM activities) on September 2017 to October 2017 (35 days)
• 2) Germany visit for Daimler MRA II FEM project support ( 2D, and PLM activities ) on March 2018 to April 2018 (30Days) And
• 3) France (La Verrière, -headquarters) attended for Active Grill Shutter product knowledge training on April 2018 (5Days)
• PLM responsibility –
• - Team/DO(Design Organization) creation. Assign Roles and responsibility
• - Based on Product milestone Maturity creation in PLM.
• - Part and Document management.
• - BOM management .
• - CR/CO creation and Change management.
• - Global PLM issue support.
• PLM target trainer- Am the valeo certified trainer. And I am responsible for training all the newcomers. More Than 100 new joiners I trained for ready to work in PLM.
• PLM Key user - Responsible for all PLM related issues(Via JIRA ticket) analyzing and solving.. Supporting Globally all sites( German, Japan, Thailand, France, USA).
• PLM Auditor -Responsible, PLM audit for each designer, ensuring the PLM process should designers follow. And Global PLM audit support for all Front End Module And Active Grill Shutters projects.
• Design Review responsibility-
• Am certified design reviewer for Front End Module product. Review the project based on milestones and check the required documents( Compliance matrix, PCA, PHA, BOM,2D,3D feasibility, FMEA,....) and give feedback to the Project team.

• Supported engineering design development through analysis and simulation of prototypes and 3D computer models
• ECR creation and managing change history.
• Reverse Engineering, Design validation and analyses.

Product Line Commercial vehicles of the Nissan Ashok Leyland Joint venture organizations, namely diverse variants of Ashok LeylandDOST, Nissan EVALIA, Ashok Leyland STiLE, PARTNER, and MITR.

Responsibility

• Execution & Assessment of system level and part level benchmarking activity for competitor vehicles.
• Execution & Assessment of Performance of Vehicle and Engine Cooling systems.

All testing parameters assessment and validation in line with Nissan Engineering Manual (NEM)
