Oversee daily warehouse operations, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, receiving, and customer service
• Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport donations from donors to stores, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient pickup and delivery of donated items.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with affiliate, HFHI, and legal regulations
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining donations handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, donations drop off, and loading dock receiving.
• Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, loss prevention, quality and customer service standards are met
• Follow guidelines for acceptable donations.
• Assists with daily management of Re Store operations including warehouse, and volunteers.
• Submits regular (daily/weekly/monthly) reporting (i.e., donors, # of donations, etc.) including Thrift cart
reports
• Other duties as assigned

• Delivery of customer’s orders in a timely manner
• Provide superior customer service while working inside store
• Assist with handling of food
• Train all new driver hires.

• Delivery of Vending machines and equipment to customers
• Record all daily activities onto Hand Held computer
• Provide superior customer service
• Maintain and possess a Class B Commercial Driver's License
• Operate a box truck safely and efficiently observing all DOT rules and regulations
• Load and unload vending machines and equipment on and off a trailer utilizing a forklift and/or a pallet jack.
