  • HAMLEYS UK - Streamlining Hamleys UK ecommerce after Reliance takeover in 2019. Traveled to UK and implemented newer strategies for people, channels, cataloguing, operations, fulfillment, customer service, marketing and website UI/UX along with upgrading the tech platform | Scaled business 2.8x in 6 months.
  • AJIO LUXE - Worked on the UI/UX for "Ajio Luxe" project by Reliance Brands on Ajio. Conceptualized the UI/UX, got mock ups & strategy approved and delivered to Ajio team for execution. Assisted in creating the road map for the launch including marketing and cataloguing.
  • WESTELM - Premium furniture brand from USA, mostly unknown in India. Launched the brand digitally before launching it offline. Devised unique branding and marketing strategies leveraging the power of Indian celebrities and Reliance partnership. Scaled to 50L+ per month revenue within 4 months of launch, crossing 1 Cr+ within next few months. Now Westelm is known by most of the target audience.
  • DIESEL - Premium Denim & accessories brand from Italy. Worked on Onsite and Marketing strategies for India Website & AJIO Luxe, achieving highest revenue in past 3 years within 3 months.
