This is a big part of my life! I started riding at 4 years old and competing at 6. I got my first horse in 9th grade highschool, and have gone through 3 before I found the best one that walked into my life. Her name was Gem and we grew together and won many awards and checks and buckles together. I had gem for 5 years until, she was tragically taken from me unexpected in a freak accident at a race, she did not suffer which I am grateful for, I only wish I had the chance to say goodbye to my teammate and world. After the passing of gem I came across a horse that looks very similar to her just a lot bigger, I ended up buying her and she has won many checks and awards and a buckle within the 2 years I have owned her. It is a very hard but rewarding sport. I have trained every horse that has walked into my life! Takes a lot of time and patience to get them to where you want and to run good!
