  • In TIAA, I am working as Recruiting Coordinator for the recruiters based in USA.
  • In the last quarter of 2020, I had an opportunity to be a part of VSP (Volunteer Separation Program) as a recruiting coordinator to ensure the backfilling of all the roles for TIAA enterprise, BANK and Nuveen.
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment process with the help of WorkDay as an ATS.
