JOB PROFILE

• Conducting inspection as per Test plan (QAP), QC-Procedure, Client Specification and Approved Drawing.
• Review of the project scope of work, material specifications, and drawings for any conflict with the requirement of the Quality standards and advise the Engineering Dept. to initiate the corrective actions with the client prior to commencement of work.
• Preparation of NDT & Other Procedure required for QC (Like Hydro test, Pickling & Passivation, Pneumatic test).
• Review of Material Test Certificate & Check Test Certificate.
• Material identification of Pressure Parts & Non Pressure Parts.
• Carry out WPS, PQR & WPQ under Inspection Authority.
• Set-up stage inspection, final dimension inspection, visual inspection of welds and report preparation.
• To ensure related activities are carried out in accordance with project specification & QAP/ITP.
• Witness the NDT related activities.
• Coordinating QA/QC activities with production activities to meet dispatch schedule requirement.
• Co-coordinating Third party inspection (TUV, BV, and TOYO.)
• Carry out blasting and painting inspection of all the jobs as per specified requirement.
• Well versed with knowledge of ASTM, ASME Section II,V,VIII & IX.

• Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products.
• Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
• Read drawings, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
• Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
• Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
• Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
