Robert Maloche

I started my employment here as a temporary material handler and promptly worked my way up in the company into this position. I oversee all non destructive testing at the Monroe, MI plant under our level three corporate NDT manager. I supervise daily Eddy Current, Ultrasonic, and Visual inspection testing. I am responsible for calibration of all in house and outsourced calibration of measuring devices at the plant. I work in the quality team on plant wide quality issues and/or concerns.

I started as a fry cook at Popeyes and quickly worked my way up into a management position. I assisted the general mangers of both Popeyes ans Tim Horton's at this location. I helped oversee all aspects of day to day operations including food preparation, finances, employee training, staff scheduling ect.
