- Generate North Americal whiskey distillations plans for 7 distilleries generating 76 million original liters of alcohol.
- 2 distilleries in Canada consisting of 7 liquids, 56 million liters of alcohol and 400k barrels.
- 5 distilleries in the Unites States, 2 third party contractors. 16 unique liquids, 20 million liters of alcohol and 200k barrels.
- Manage liquid profiles of over 60 active whiskey blends, reviewing yearly, providing guidance on percentage and age to be consume in relation to available inventory.
- Manage $950 million USD. or 3.6 million total barrel inventory, projecting at minimum 2 years in advance capital spending requirements for required new builds.
- Oversee 1,100 trucks and rail shipments moving yearly from aging site to bottling sites ensuring liquid is available for forecasted bottling needs while achieving desired inventory targets.
- Generate yearly whiskey operations plan to include total distillation, total new and used barreling needs and as needed purchase barrels.
