  • Turnaround East Market – Making it highest PBDIT region for chain (contributing 42%) and got promoted in 8 months.
  • Delivered highest double-digit LTL growth in all markets and Improved store margins by focusing on Private Label growth
  • Personal Shoppers Program “White Glove Service” to Top Loyal Customers. Program contributes to 17% of overall revenue with a 3X ATV driving high repeat and relationship building.

Digital Contribution:

  • In charge of Innovation Team: Coded and launched 17 digital apps (Power APP - removed all paper and registers from stores). Saving 1Cr of printing, over 3hrs of daily managerial manhours to serve customers, removed over 50 desktop and making back office smaller.
  • Overall got more agility in chain and making it very relevant in current times.
  • Implemented Productive APPS: One Drive, Power BI, Power APPS, Forms, Share Point, Teams – Shifts, TODO and Planner. Took hands on training done for Entire chain including all CXO and CEO.
  • Created Karma App “https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hwTK3bOxvs4&t=81s” for instant appreciation. Launched Virtual Reward and Recognition Concept and Yammer tool which was then rolled out across regions.
