Resulting in an extensive jewelry line that was positioned in the market among the luxury clientele of my area at the time sold seasonal collection and redistributed to other vendors in Oregon, Texas and Mexico. Early Career
In Paola’s early professional years she started her career in Advertising in her home town of Mexico City, while she was still finishing college, (1996-1998) working for a Spanish company named Media Planning in Mexico City, she was a Junior account admin for L’Oreal supporting the media planning for radio and television spots for the account, resulting in a significant growth for her within the company, putting her in charge of the Public Relations with the account to get more business for the agency.
A year later she moved to the United States to Denver Colorado, (1998) where she worked briefly for Heinreich Marketing, at the time, a well known and small direct marketing firm that was doing business with Mexican companies like Palacio de Hierro, Banamex and Liverpool, she was key to the owner of the firm in the PR and growth of business for these Mexican companies. She was offered a position as an Account Manager for a Hispanic Advertising Agency, Solis Advertising and PR in Denver, her accounts included companies like Invesco Funds, US West, McDonald´s, Watermill Express, Winter Park Resort that started to speak directly to the Hispanic Market at the time (1998-2000) this brought her the opportunity to learn about the ski real estate market in Colorado, and was invited to participate in a well settled and specialized Sales, Marketing and Advertising company called The Communique Group, (2000-2006) in which she was given the job opportunity as an Account Manager to work directly with RE developers in the creation of advertising campaigns, printed materials, mega launch events, before breaking ground, for the initial sales of properties in the range of 1.5K-8K resulting in presales of 50-70% of the properties. RE Projects in high end luxury resorts in Vail, Aspen and Telluride in Colorado, Mammoth and Big Bear in California in Palm Springs, Florida in Orlando, Tampa, St Agustine, Boca Raton, Vermont in the US and Los Cabos, Huatulco, Puerto Vallarta in Mexico, therefore obtaining a very specialized expertise in the BRM division of the company.
