At verizon I had the pleasure of facing many challenges, and completing many tasks being- recommending new products and services to customers. Conducting troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures on customer devices. Implementing loss prevention strategies and fraud to minimize store shrinkage. Completing store operations by counting cash drawers, reviewing equipment management, and working to help teammates grow as salesmen.

• Working at Cricket Wireless my job was to sell service, as well as mobile devices, and accessories. Sweep and mop the floor, wipe windows and fixtures after closing to maintain organized and tidy store. Prepared shift summary reports for supervisor and communicated regularly on goals and progress. Oversaw store operations by counting cash drawers, reviewing equipment management, and supervising staff. Assessed customer needs and utilized suggestive selling techniques to drive sales. Organized racks and shelves to maintain store visual appeal, engage customers, and promote specific merchandise. And most importantly- Making sure the customers left our store, content.

• As a smoothie king team member my role was to greet customers as well as make their smoothies, making sure they left out facility with a smile on their face. Address and resolve customer complaints in polite and professional manner. We kept work areas clean, organized, and safe to promote efficiency and team safety. Assisted with inventory counts and stocking of merchandise, prepping fruits, powders, and juices. Engaged with customers to build rapport and promote long-term loyalty for increased sales. Operated register to process payments and collect cash payment for order totals. As well as train new employees to apply best practices in customer service and store operations.
