  • Sending out notifications on documentation required to renew trade licenses and complete surveys, etc.
  • Required by the government bodies at the time of license renewals.
  • Submitting detailed reports related to visa expenses to the finance department.
  • Submitting required documentation to the banks and process bank transactions as advised by the Finance Department.
  • Managing administration and HR projects from start to finish by finding partners, making detailed plans and executive projects.
  • Supporting HR functions, including new hire orientation and equipment allocation.
  • Establishing positive working relationships with colleagues, manager and customers through regular communication and effective anticipation of needs.
  • Decreasing corporate costs by researching pricing, ordering and maintaining office equipment.
  • Supporting timely and accurate administrative task completion.
