My internship experience at EY GDS provided me with a better understanding of Supply Chain and Operations management.

Moreover, I had the opportunity to learn about Business Process Modelling, Lean Manufacturing, Operations Management and related in depth knowledge by earning SC&O Bronze learning badge and SAP Foundation Bronze learning badge with the fundamental knowledge of basic use in SAP system.

Furthermore, I have also learned Consulting Skills on Growth Peak where knowledge on solving problems were taught through case studies. This experience has given me a solid foundation in understanding how businesses operate and how to solve problems.

Throughout my time working with my associates, I have made a concerted effort to lend my skills and expertise in any way that I can.

During my internship in Procurement Planning Value Stream for SMT/Common Material in the Logistics department with Robert Bosch Malaysia, I was responsible for supporting my colleagues in various aspects of their work.

I frequently communicated with suppliers to confirm for the upcoming orders and generated order reports for confirmations by suppliers, warehouse, and order customers. I was also responsible for generating confirmation orders to dispose of unwanted goods in the warehouse and creating trial orders and material simulation reports for product recycling. It was important to me to keep well-maintained and updated records for proof purposes and monthly reports. To facilitate this, I extracted data from the SAP system and used it to create presentation summaries.

Additionally, I updated new information to the SAP system regarding shipping information. By performing these tasks to the best of my abilities, I was able to contribute to the success of the team and develop skills and knowledge in the process.

During my time at Urbann Republic I've gained experience in providing customer care and assistance, as well as establishing a sales strategy to sell products, services, and accessories. This helped me develop strong communication and sales skills, which I can leverage in my future career.

As a part-time employee at Switch Premium Apple Reseller, my responsibilities encompassed various aspects of the retail operation. These included preparing sales invoices and receipts to accurately document customer purchases, conducting inventory counts before and after shifts to ensure stock accuracy, providing high-quality customer care and assistance, and devising sales strategies to increase the promotion of products, services, and accessories. Overall, my role played a vital part in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the success of the store's sales objectives.
