- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes (various positions; IT, Product, Content, Outreach etc.) - from search to hire.
- Setting and executing recruitment strategies (from finding the new sourcing tools to recruitment process improvements).
- Working with Hiring Managers from Poland, Puerto Rico and USA on a daily basis.
- Participating in internal HR initiatives related to employer branding, candidate experience, people analytics etc.
- End to end recruitment - sourcing potential candidates (IT industry), conducting initial calls, face to face/skype interviews
