- Consolidated and moved Galderma's EDI solution and 50 partners from an in-house solution to SPS Commerce. Once completed, Galderma was acquired, so then moved their EDI SPS Commerce solution to GXS/OpenText as their third-party EDI Solution. Project involved managing technical resources, mapping solutions, and overseeing testing to ensure a seamless transition to new vendor. Effectively facilitated technical, functional, and executive communication to ensure that all parties were notified of project status. My IT/EDI technofunctional experience enabled me to identify solutions and advise on reasonable and achievable timelines.
