I have been in this business a long time now. When I was a lot tech I wanted to be in sales. when I was a salesman I wanted to be a manager. when I was a manager I wanted to be a GSM. Every goal I have set for myself I have achieved. I have a huge following of sales staff because I treat them with respect and they know under my leadership they will be profitable and they can always rely on me. I expect high averages on back end products and I believe in going after the Gusto on the front end. I am self motivated and have always loved this job because of challenge of closing the customer.
