As the founder and owner of Evergreen Behavior Consulting, I provide evidence-based and individualized behavioral interventions for children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. I have a master of science in applied behavior analysis from Western Connecticut State University, and a bachelor of science in human development and family studies from Texas Tech University. With over 5 years of experience as a special education instructional specialist at Humble ISD, I have developed strong skills in curriculum design, instructional delivery, data analysis, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. My core competencies include functional behavior assessment, positive behavior support, verbal behavior, social skills training, and parent and staff training. My mission is to help my clients achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life through effective and ethical behavior services. I am passionate about the field of applied behavior analysis and its applications in various settings and populations.
