• Initiated templates to complete eight program Student Learning Outcome (SLO) reports for Institutional Research (IR).

• Implemented a five-level training program for faculty to utilize the tools of D2L. Ensured faculty followed pedagogical and accessibility guidelines as well as best practices.
• Provided technical support for 200+ faculty and 10,000 students; conducted needs analysis for over 300+ faculty and staff for training.
• Supervised 20+ trainers (train-the-trainer) to disseminate information to their prospective departments.
