Policy and Reports

• Drafted Kerala state startup policy for healthcare startups and state policy for Cancer Research.
• Prepared DPR for projects like Kerala Medical Technology Consortium (KMTC), BRIC, Young Innovator Program PMU, NIDHI EIR Centre etc. on behalf of KSUM, which were approved for funding and execution.

Responsible for establishing Centre for Biomedical Research, Innovation and Commercialization (BRIC)

• First cancer care technology incubator in India.
• Incubate biotech, biomedical and AI based startups focusing on cancer care.
• Completed design of facility and construction of labs under progress.

• Awarded topmost startup ecosystem of country in DIPP statewise Startup Ranking 2018 and 2019.
• Speaker at third edition of Global Ayurveda Summit 2019 on theme “Mainstreaming Ayurveda through Startups, Innovation and Branding”.
• Mentor of Mentors for Young Innovator Program of Govt. of Kerala which identifies and support young innovators.

• Solution offers mobile application front end for customers and web-application based control for service providers.
• Includes Account Server for user registration and AWS based Knowledge server for storing application data.
• Supports 70 languages and multiple wearables and accessories.
• Provides text, audio and video chat support.
• Used by external service providers to offer their health and fitness solutions to customers.

• Coordinating market research, design of unique features, and developing them for target market segment.
• Capacity planning, work allocation and tracking performance of team with 35 members.

• Worked as intrapreneur to analyze Indian market, innovate and build mobile based solutions. Implemented many innovative features which are patented and/or commercialized like Women Tracker, Floaters and Theme Engine.
• Development team member for first LTE phone and android based camera.
• Performed Android OS and user experience customization for seven US based Mobile Network Service Providers.
• Team commercialized more than 70 mobile phones, tablets and cameras.
