Additional Information

1. Lipham construction: My duties consisted of building roads for Tx DOT started out as a rough blade operator processing subgrade in charge of making sure subgrades were at right moisture and compaction. Worked my way up to finish blade operator overseeing all cut and fills and final grading for asphalt.

2. Granite construction: Worked as a dozer operator cutting slopes on a very large dam job near Lubbock Tx. My duties consisted of sloping the outer edge of the dam according to plans and design.

3. Mortenson construction: I was in charge of all underground collection line activities consisting of trenching, wire install and backfill according to plan and design. I managed a 20+ man crew and was responsible for material processing and compaction testing. Also was responsible for final grading to maintain positive water flow after work was completed. Worked very close with owners rep to ensure work when according to plan and design. Maintaining schedule and production reports. Finish road and ditch grading to ensure that roads do not pool or wash out roadway per design specs.

4: Signal energy: My daily duties consist of managing multiple tasks assigned to me. Working with FE and Supt to make design changes and updates while keeping within the parameters of the client and company contracts. Manage work performance and productivity of subcontractors to comply with specs,procedures,quality and safety requirements. Making sure all underground work when finished does not pool and has positive water flow still being in compliance with the SWPPP plan. Scheduling and planning a work flow that coincides with milestone dates.
