Tata Technologies Limited,Bangalore, Karnataka · Managing a team of 6 members to handle the entire CRM operational issues, trainings, new development requests etc. from clients and the channel partners. · All Siebel (CRM) and other integrated applications trainings, new enhancement requests, change process and issue handling, knowledge document preparation. · Working closely with automobile sales, service and parts team to improve the usage of various automobile applications in conjunction with the CRM and Analytics OBIEE application and thereby improving productivity. · Daily tracking of team work, weekly and monthly reporting structures, documenting different approaches on a daily basis. Building and maintaining Issue trackers, RC analysis of functional issues raised by channel partners. Working closely with technical team for faster resolution time. · Preparing BRD with the help of client requests, approving approach notes for some change requests and conducting UATs before go live of enhancements. · Working with ticketing tool and helping the support desk in lowering the number of tickets raised.
Project: Fouad & VW Audi Project Technology: Microsoft Dynamic NAV • Handling Requirements given by Audi and Volkswagen Dealers of Pan India and helping them to manage the functionality of application for modules of Automobile Service, Sales, Resource Management, Spares & Warehouse management in Microsoft Navision. • To take the consultant role within the application delivery team for Dynamics NAV • Reporting to the NAV Business Unit Director, the right person will provide effective delivery of consultancy, through quality of implementation and delivery and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV products and services • Be a team player working closely with other members of service delivery, i.e. Managed Services and other NAV consultants and Developers.
