The main focus of my role at Capital Club is to deliver a complete experience to members and their guests in the clubs Food and Beverage venues while maintaining high grooming standards. This is done by engaging with them to find out information in order to tailor the experience to them and by connecting them with likeminded members all while delivering the service journey.
In order to be prepared for a day in the club I research the members who will be in attendance prior to their arrival and also update my knowledge on any club events that I can promote and encourage members to attend. While the members are utilizing the clubs facilities I start conversations with them to get to know them better and find out how we can improve there experience. A part of my role is also to facilitate meetings between members, connecting people with similar interests. Any feedback collected is then recorded in a log on a daily basis.
My role also consists of assisting with the service in the Food and Beverage venues. From presenting the menus using enticing words and making recommendations, upselling certain products based on the members preferences to offer a intuitive service, through to placing the orders with the kitchen and serving them once they are ready.
