What have we done as Operations Team in FTX TR?

I have created an operations team that includes 4 people in it. The interviews were done by me. As an operations team, we have planned, built, and pursued every operation. We were responsible for marketing campaigns and collaborations, the whole product, internal tools, coordination, listings, data, user insights, designing systems, etc. We have released and continued to improve the FTX TR website and application. Fiat channels and KYC systems were built for FTX TR specifically. For the global app, a great variety of UI and UX tasks are derived by the FTX TR Product team. We had worked for one month from the Bahamas to coordinate better with the global team.

What have I done personally?

I have mostly worked as a Product Operations Manager. I have focused on both product and operations sides. Since our team has an extremely broad responsibility, we needed to work hard, and managing the tasks is sometimes difficult for me because of that besides my manager role, I have worked as an IC. That makes me really busy. In this case, I have learned lots of things. It was a great experience to be a part of FTX TR. At the end of the 1 year, FTX TR has 25M$ daily volume without any extended marketing.
