Summary

To become a highly motivated Manager/Supervisor working with the youth. I want to help those that want help. Front desk and clerical. I work hard and I have great communication skills, I am a team player. I believe that a positive attitude can get you through anything. Last but not least I am a fast learner. I don't miss work even if I'm sick, I would have to be sent home. My goal is to make a difference with the families that are coming across the boarder. I started off as a Youth Care Worker and ended becoming a Manger of the Dining facility for thousands of children that came through the Pecos Children's Facility. I loved the work i did there. I took pride in having a very important role in these children's lives. I had to sadly demobilize due to having to move to El Paso Texas . I am looking for the same type of employment in El Paso. I work very hard and I am team player. I am very dedicated to whatever job that I am doing. I have had several successful Refugee and Resettlement (ORR) performance audits, which resulted in 0 deficiencies in the dining facility that I managed. I would definitely be a asset to your team. A Efficient Duty Manager versed in task delegation and workflow coordination, promoting efficient and high-quality operations. Diplomatic and engaging with skill in handling challenging requests with friendly and knowledgeable support. Adept at managing a Dining Facility for youth and being a Youth Care Worker.
