- Was instrumental in creating professional culture and vision from start of the LVP.
- Started process of symphonic auditions in Las Vegas, first of its kind since 1960s. We Auditioned and selected performers to create String sound and Team of LVP.
- Consulted with musicians, music director and worked with our board to refine and create Collective bargaining agreement (CBA) and coordinate artistic vision.
- Was instrumental in helping to "tune" the various Halls at Smith Center. (Reynolds, Cabaret, Troesch). Worked with acousticians on refining sound on and off stage.
- Has always worked closely with both players and management to resolve conflict, to help refine vision of the LVP and to keep morale boosted while keeping focus of our goals
- Educational outreach is a passion of mine. I work through the LVP with children's concerts, but i also go into schools myself and present various programs meant to educate the importance of having goals and accomplishing them it-while utilizing music and a personal story to motivate.
- Has been a major spokesperson for the LVP for 22 years. TV, news, magazine, radio, appearances to help boost the public awareness of the arts in LV
- Has helped to bring the LVP to a higher level of performance by working with the players, each Maestro and each administration as we grow.

- I Weekly go to LVA to help prepare the various orchestras for concerts, tours, etc.
- I donate my time there and will play recitals, concerts, solos and travel with them to help fund raise for the Orchestral Arts program
- Supported instructors over time with securing of guest artists.
- Travel to multiple CCSD and private schools (FLMS, FLHS, Challenger Charter school, etc) to talk to the kids, sometimes do the reading program with them.

Additional Information
I am passionate about The Performing Arts, Education and brining these all to our community to show that all the performing Arts are a crucial aspect of our community and the growth of ideas and motivation for our younger generation. To be able to contribute back to our Las Vegas Community in ways pertaining to Arts, Arts Awareness and especially the Education to our young people, is an important duty I believe all musicians have. I would be honored to share a seat on a board who shares the very same ideals and goals. Our community NEEDS NSA to bring together the multiple youth organizations, performing arts ensembles that are scattered around the city into 1 cohesive and exciting place to create ART!
