2. The main tasks are employee management, injection mold installation and robot setting management, product-wide quality inspection, order and inventory management.

3. When suggesting new products, the responsibility and burden of injection molding all products that meet the company's conditions

When faced with various problems, I was able to handle them well by sharing the knowledge of meetings and product development with engineers without panic.

4. In order to learn the technology when I encountered injection for the first time at Dongil & Plus, I had to understand everything that production workers do, so I have learned tasks such as raw material blending, grinding, input, product production, delivery, forklift operation, and employee management, and I was able to learn mold management and machine operation little by little from the senior for my own development outside of working hours.

With such efforts, I was able to be promoted to class leader, manager, and deputy.

Mstech has been learning and managing on-site staff management, mold and robot setting, and product quality control. Based on the skills I've learned little by little from the same, I've invested more time and effort in ms, and I've been able to work as a deputy manager, manager, and factory manager.

At Treeing Inc, I have been managing workers and engineers, developing molds, rods, new products, developing new products, and sharing know-how in case of problems, and working as a team leader who directs all the overall tasks of production management.
