• Member of a 3 person Specialty Consulting team entrusted with handling highly sensitive and complex Employee Relations matters supporting the most sr. leaders of the company or matters involving other employees within the Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Investigations teams
• Bring light to policies or procedures which warrant review, engaging the appropriate partners which may result in recommendations for change impacting the company
• Engage in discussion with managers around the corrective action process and provide recommendations on appropriate next steps
• When appropriate following review of an Employee Relations case, provide guidance on management coaching and development strategies to sr. leaders
• Significant collaboration with Legal partners, other Employee Relations colleagues, Human Resource partners, and business leadership
• Provide knowledge of policies to analyze and interpret in consulting, minimizing risk to the organization while considering employee factors
• Wrote Employee Relations procedures for engagement process with the Legal department
• Maintain a full case load of 20+ cases along with consulting on complex issues outside of the normal case load responsibilities
