My biggest desire is to work for an international platform. I believe one of my strongest side is my communication skills, I am able to build bridges with every culture because of my emotional intelligence. I have been chosen by the US Department of State as a cultural ambassador so I can adapt easily to multicultural projects. I attended many volunteer work around the world in different roles, those experiences add value to my project management skills and creative thinking.
Also, I worked together with many assistants in my current job, so I know how an effective assistant should be. I can always see one step further and good at managing time.
I took on the establishment of 3 different crops production departments by taking training in the Netherlands and Denmark through the company I worked for.I contributed to the detailed development of all these 3 projects.
Trained more than 40 personnels and organized them begginin/during the production process.
One of my duty was train personals and community about gardening basic and organizing open public workshops and activities.
